Therapeutic and Rehabilitative Exercises
Are you looking to improve your strength or endurance? Balance and Coordination? Flexibility? or Overall Sports Performance? Or would you like to feel and function better overall?
Then corrective exercises could be beneficial for you!

A therapeutic exercise program consists of corrective movements, postures, and physical activities that are selected based on a patient evaluation, in order to restore function and flexibility, improve strength and decrease pain.
Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health. These exercises are introduced at the office but can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal adjustment. Home exercise videos and instructions are made available through our Jane App web interface, so you will always have access to your recommended program.
Our exercise programs are tailored to address incorrect movement patterns, muscle imbalances, and individual strengths and weaknesses found upon examination. The program included in your care will depend on your stage of healing and physical limitations and will progressively build as you heal and gain strength. Therapeutic exercise programs differ from a “work out plan or regimen,” as they are recommended by a Chiropractor after a full patient evaluation.
