Y Strap Manual Decompression

Do you have neck pain that travels into your shoulder or down the arm? Any type of disc injury?

Adjusted multiple times and it has yet to help?

Then the Y strap adjustment may be the right treatment for you!

Dr. Zach Foreman is one of the only Chiropractors in Texas who performs the Y Strap Adjustment. This technique is not clinically indicated for every patient, therefore Dr. Foreman must take a thorough medical history along with an orthopedic and neurological examination before treatment may begin.

Spinal Traction can help alleviate symptoms such as those experienced from herniated/bulged discs, pinched nerves, headaches, vertebral subluxation, and sciatica. The Y Strap cradles the sub-occipital region of the skull and allows for decompression of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine and does not include any rotatory movement or torque, which makes the Y-Axis adjustment and traction safe and effective.

STEP 1:

SOFT TISSUE MOBILIZATION.

First, we will relax the muscles surrounding your spine with our Erchonia Percussor and manual therapy techniques. This will allow the body to be more receptive to an adjustment.

STEP 2:

FULL SPINE ADJUSTMENT.

Second, we will ensure proper spinal alignment by adjusting restricted segments throughout the whole spine and pelvis. This will facilitate the best possible results before the Y Strap adjustment.

STEP 3:

Y STRAP ADJUSTMENT.

Last, Dr. Foreman will perform a gentle and quick pull at the perfect time to achieve the desired results of the treatment.
